5th Grade Students Take CHKS Survey March 9th

5th grade students are being asked to be a part of our school’s California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS), sponsored by the California Department of Education (CDE). 6th Grade students at Dana do NOT take this survey.

This is a very important survey that will help promote better health and well-being among our youth, improve the school learning environment, and combat problems such as drug abuse and violence. Your child does not have to take the survey. Participation is voluntary.

Click this link to learn more about the survey and directions for how to opt your child out.

Extra Math Help in Homework Club

Did you know that Homework Club is staffed by some of our very own teachers? Due to common challenges we’re seeing with students, Homework Club now has two additional teachers dedicated to helping students with math. With the next round of progress reports right around the corner, who couldn't use a little support? Visit our Homework Club website for more information.

Thank you FoDaC for making Homework Club possible.
