COVID At Home Testing Kits Distributed On Dec. 17th

All students at Dana received a kit and informational flyer from their 3rd period teacher on Friday, December 17th. In addition, the district sent an email to all families earlier in the week with the notice of these at-home COVID testing kits and the dates of when students should self-test. Please review this flyer for more information. Students and staff can save their Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record on their phone by visiting: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/.
