Weekly eBlasts
"Using email to share school news"
Q: What is an eBlast?
A: Dana Middle communicates news and information to parents via a weekly eBlast to parents. eBlasts contain important dates, news on school events, and requests for help or volunteers. Its the easiest way to stay in touch with your child's education. The most recent eBlast can always be found on the front page of our website under "News".
Q:Is there an eBlast archive?
A: Yes. All prior eblasts are stored in the News section of our website. Click this link to explore our archive.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Parents automatically receive our weekly eBlasts. Our communication system sends the email to the email address on file for the parent.
Q: I am a parent but I don't receive these emails. What should I do?
A: Login to your PowerSchool account to verify your email address. Please follow this link to learn how to login to PowerSchool. You can contact our enrollment clerk (Peter Mazur - [email protected]) directly if you need to add or update your email address. We also recommend you check your spam folder to verify your email application is not accidentally restricting our weekly emails.
Q: I am not a parent of a child but I still want to stay up to date with information at Dana. How can I do this?
A:Our email system only emails parents. Fortunately 100% of the information we share can be found in our News Archives. Please visit this link weekly to stay up to date!
